Puffin Plastics Ltd does not accept the return of goods without giving prior consent. Under no circumstances will bespoke made products be accepted for return. Return of stock products in good, re-saleable condition may be possible at the discretion of Puffin Plastics Ltd.
On return any product found to have been used can be refused a refund. Any refunds issued will be for the product value, only postage costs are non-refundable. The customer shall incur the full cost of returning the goods and shall take reasonable care to ensure that Puffin Plastics Ltd receives the goods and that they are not damaged in transit.
Any goods that are received damaged by the buyer must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hr with images attached.
Any bespoke cases ordered cannot be returned or refunded unless broken or faulty. This is because we cannot resell/reuse these once custom made for the customer.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM. THE RETURN POST DATE MUST NOT EXCEED THE SEVENTH DAY OF RECEIPT.
