Description
Create a custom acrylic display case for anything you may wish to display. Choose from 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 or 10mm thickness and enter the external width, height and depth you need. Every panel is cut in-house, quality checked, hand-glued and flame-polished by our Hampshire workshop team.
Material thickness requirements:
- 3mm - 50mm to 300mm H/W/D
- 4mm - 50mm to 500mm H/W/D
- 5mm - 50mm to 800mm H/W/D
- 6mm - 50mm to 900mm H/W/D
- 8mm - 50mm to 900mm H/W/D
- 10mm - 50mm to 900mm H/W/D

Any case ordered using the wrong thickness can bow, flare, crack or break in transit. Please follow the limits above; items ordered outside these requirements cannot be replaced or refunded for thickness-related transit damage.
All sizes entered are external, with a tolerance of +/-1mm. Cases with bases lose 6mm height internally plus the material thickness; mirror backing adds a 3mm panel internally. Bespoke production time is typically 14 working days.
As standard, cases are glued using PK1 and flame polished, so edges may not be 100% optically clear. UV gluing with diamond polishing is available at an additional charge.
